Kevin practices extensively in the areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, Estate Planning, and Business Law, with over 25 years’ experience.  He is a nationally accredited Mediator and Arbitrator and regularly acts as a Mediator, Arbitrator, Facilitator and Coach to help parties manage conflict and resolve their disputes outside of court.  His practice is augmented by the insights he gained while articling in Calgary at a litigation law firm, followed by many years at a full-service law firm in Calgary, which allowed him to gain experience in many areas of law.  His clients range from individuals, small business owners and non-profit organizations to national and multinational corporations.
